Terms and Conditions of Order and Delivery – Saunavire.fi
These terms and conditions of order and delivery apply to Saunavire Oy's online store at www.saunavire.fi. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products and Prices

The Saunavire.fi online store sells electrolyte powder for recovery after sauna.
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include the current value-added tax.
We reserve the right to change prices and product selection.

3. Ordering

Orders are placed in the online store by adding products to the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout.
The order is confirmed when the customer receives an order confirmation by email.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided with the order is correct.

4. Payment Methods

Products and their postage costs are paid at the time of order. Payment can be made in the online store using the following payment methods: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danskebank, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, and credit cards.

Payment is made: via Paytrail Oyj's website.
Payments: with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard.

Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the implementer of the payment transmission service and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on the bank statement or credit card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Online Banks
The payment intermediation service related to online banking payments is implemented by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user's perspective, the service works just like traditional online payment.

5. Delivery

We deliver orders to Finland.
The delivery method and delivery costs are indicated at checkout before confirming the order.
The estimated delivery time is usually 2–5 business days from order processing. Delivery times are estimates, and any delays will be minimized.

6. Delivery Delay

If delivery is significantly delayed, the customer can contact customer service at info@saunavire.fi.

7. Right of Cancellation and Return

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has a 14-day right of cancellation from the receipt of the order.
The right of return applies only to unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
Electrolyte powder sold as food cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the package has been opened.
Returns must be notified in advance by email: info@saunavire.fi.

8. Return Costs

The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

9. Defective or Incorrect Product

If the product is defective or the delivery is incorrect, please contact customer service immediately. We will compensate for costs incurred due to incorrect delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

Saunavire Oy is not responsible for delays or damages caused by force majeure.

11. Disputes

Any disagreements will primarily be resolved by agreement.
The consumer has the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions of order and delivery. The current terms are always available on our website.
